Whispers from the Garden - Pasta blanda

My life, like most, has been a series of journeys. I started out in New Jersey and ended up in Texas. I was a seeker; now I try to help other seekers through poetry. I used to struggle to write Godas truth; now I simply listen as the Spirit sings. The more one reads the Scriptures, the more obvious it becomes that Godas Word speaks to the hearts, minds and souls of all peoples, at all times, and in all places. Considering how long ago the books of the Hebrew Canon were written and how different the lives of early Christians were from those of todayas believers, it can be nothing less than miraculous that both the Old and the New Testaments are so very relevant to modern times. The poems that are included in this volume are based on themes taken straight from the Bible. From the beauty of the Earth and its creatures to the glory and power of the Lordas work among human beings, these are the things that can bring us to joy and praise.
