Mental Health Review Tribunal: Law, Practice and Procedure - Pasta blanda

The practice and procedure of the UK's Mental Health Review Tribunal has now been substantially altered following the creation of a new First Tier Tribunal in November 2008. The new Health Education and Social Care Chamber will be comprised of three existing tribunals including the Mental Health Review Tribunal. This change follows significant amendments to the mental health law as a result of the UK's Mental Health Act 2007.
