Results from the interpretation of the data collected suggest 2-4 layers in the area studied.The resistivity value for the first layer (Topsoil) varies from 10 to 400 ohmm with thickness ranging from 1-14m. The second layer (Weathered Basement) has resistivity values between 120 and 500 ohm-m and thickness ranging from 5-11m. The third layer (Fractured basement) has resistivity values ranging from 500-1000 ohm-m and thickness between 3 and 6m. The fourth layer is the Fresh Basement (Bedrock) has resistivity values greater than 1000 ohm-m and infinite thickness.The southwest (SW) of the study area does represent a promising Aquifer with reasonable thickness of Weathered Basement and Fractured Zone.
