Noreen Hyde lives in Durham, New Hampshire with her family. Inspired by the real story of Judy Caseley, a teacher who did take her dog Miss Chief to her classroom as a reward for her students, Noreen´s sister Kathy encouraged her to write a story about such an unusual educational experience. What started as a fun family story evolved into The Adventures of Miss Chief. Noreen and Marisa hope you have as much fun reading it as they had writing and illustrating it! She currently attends Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts where she is studying studio arts and anthropology.
