Rechtsphilosophische und verfassungstheoretische Versuche der Legitimierung des politischen Handelns, Buch, Softcover, Volkssouveränität wird hier als einer der fundamentalen Begriffe des modernen Rechts verstanden. Die gegenwärtige Literatur wird allerdings vor allem von einer soziologischen Einsicht dominiert, die sie entweder auf ein bloßes Motivationsproblem oder auf ein Verfahren reduziert. Im Gegensatz dazu lässt sich Volkssouveränität als eine rechtsphilosophische Antwort auf die Frage nach der Legitimität des Rechts normativ begründen.
